As the Pakistan Cricket Team has arrived in India to play the ODI World Cup 2023, they are being treated in a very luxurious way.
Skipper Babar Azam is especially quite happy with all the attention that he and his team are receiving.
Meanwhile, Pakistan’s last visit to India was in the year 2016 when they participated in the T20 World Cup.
Says Babar about the warm welcome,

On the other hand, the Men in Green arrived in India on the 27th of September and were greeted with a very warm welcome by people at Hyderabad airport.
Meanwhile, skipper Babar Azam could be seen acknowledging the crowd with a wave of his hand at the airport.
Pakistan team defeats the Netherlands by 81 runs in opening game
Talking about their opening game, Pakistan lost the toss and was put in to bat first by Scott Edwards.
They had a very horrendous start to their innings as they were reduced to a very low score with their top 3 batters in the pavilion.
However, Mohammed Rizwan and Saud Shakeel stitched together a good partnership and managed to keep Pakistan afloat in the contest.
Moreover, they ended up making 286 with all their wickets gone and asked the Dutch to chase down 287.
Meanwhile, the Netherlands fought back bravely and looked like they would win the contest but in the end were bundled out for just 205, losing the game by 81 runs.
Now, the Men in Green will look to keep this winning momentum going and make a strong case for themselves for the final of the World Cup.
