Five wicket-keeper batters will see high demand in the IPL 2024 mini auction. The mini auctions will be on December 19 in Dubai. On Tuesday, December 19, 2023, the Indian Premier League (IPL) mini-auction is in Dubai. Dubai’s Coca-Cola Arena will host the mini-auction. Moreover, the IPL auction will be outside India for the first time. In anticipation of the IPL 2024 auctions, these five wicket-keeping batters will be available for the 10 teams.

The 2023 World Cup winning squad wicket-keeper Josh Inglis will be the most sought-after player for the IPL 2024 mini-auction. Following the World Cup, he hit 110 runs off 50 deliveries in the opening T20I match against India. During his 103 T20 appearances, he smashed 2603 runs with a strike rate of 149.76 and an average of 30.98. Inglis registered himself using the Rs. 2 crore base price.

Phil Salt, England’s wicket-keeper batter, got released by the Delhi Capitals ahead of the Ipl 2024 mini-auction. He amassed 218 runs in nine matches during the 2023 IPL. In 211 T20 appearances, he scored 4805 runs with a strike rate of 151.19 and an average of 25.28. Moreover, he registered using the Rs. 1.5 crore base price. Sam Billings last appearance in the IPL was in 2022. The English cricketer scored 169 runs at an average of 24.14. With 284 T20 appearances, he hit 5434 runs at an average of 23.72 and a strike rate of 131.41. He registered for the IPL 2024 mini-auction using the Rs. 1 crore base price.

KS Bharat was released from the Gujarat Titans franchise. He is regarded as the country’s best wicket-keeper at the moment. Moreover, he scored 1266 runs at an average of 19.78 and a strike rate of 110.85 in 74 T20 matches. He registered using the Rs. 50 Lakh base price. The 29-year-old Ben Duckett of England is also on the list. Duckett scored 4497 runs at an average of 30.18 and a strike rate of 137.52 in 184 T20 outings. He registered using the Rs. 2 crore base price for the IPL 2024 mini-auction.
