After the single, Shreyas Iyer took off his helmet and roared zealously in the air. His roaring celebration after the century went viral on social media.

Shreyas completed his half-century in 41 balls. After the long-standing series of injuries, Shreyas Iyer had his most promising comeback. In the 1st ODI match against Australia, Shreyas Iyer had an unfortunate start as he had to return to the pavilion, getting run out. Moreover, his dismissal raised eyebrows, and further, his position in the Playing XI of the Indian squad was a debate for the critics.

However, Iyer’s innings also shut down critics’ opinions on his ability. Moreover, the cricketer has now made a spot in the playing XI for the Indian squad with his magnificent century. Furthermore, the cricketer’s comeback indicates a concrete Indian top order. In addition to Iyer’s century, Shubman Gill marked his century in the game against Australia. Shubman Gill made 104 runs off 97 balls. Gill’s score includes 10 boundaries, six fours, and four sixes.
