England’s well-known wicketkeeper-batsman, Jonny Bairstow, feels disgusted with a 38-hour long flight to reach Guwahati, India, for World Cup 2023. The cricketer shared the event on his Instagram story.

The cricketer shared the event of sulking on his Instagram story, expressing “utter chaos” and added, “Last leg incoming…been some time,” with a face with tears of joy emoji. In addition, he also mentioned “38 hours and counting…” at the bottom of the story. Moreover, Jonny Bairstow Insta story also featured Jos Buttler and Chris Woakes sitting in the flight. Moreover, the cricketer added the timing of arrival, which was 21:21 local time. England’s Cricket team landed in Guwahati, India, on September 29th.

The defending Champions will play two warm-up games before the ODI World Cup, to commence on October 5th. England team will play their first warm-up match against India on September 30th at Barsapara Stadium, Guwahati. In addition, their second warm-up match is against Bangladesh in the same stadium on October 2nd. The defending Champions will face their 2019 finale opponents, New Zealand, on the inaugural of the ODI World Cup event on October 5th. The launching match of the World Cup is between England and New Zealand at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

England’s side is currently in the fifth position of the ODI team rankings with 105 rating points. Topping the rankings is host nation India, followed by Pakistan, Australia, South Africa, and England at 5th. The England cricket team will play their remaining matches of the World Cup in Kolkata, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Dharamsala, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Mumbai.
