Jasprit Bumrah on fans expectations

“I don’t really look at it as pressure or responsibility because as a child I wanted to be a cricketer. I wanted to play for India, I wanted to do the difficult job. As a bowler I wanted to make my team win. So that is what I’m doing,“. Jasprit Bumrah told ICC Digital Insider after India’s triumph over Pakistan.

“I’ve learned a lot over the years. I tried to use my experience, I’ve played a lot in this country. So you use my experience and try to help the team as much as you can because if you think about pressure and expectation and responsibility, you won’t be able to perform with that baggage of expectation,” the Gujarat pacer Jasprit Bumrah added.

Furthermore, the pacer bowler did not see even a little bit of rustiness in his bowling moment and bowling actions. He is giving his best to get the wickets at all times of the match. He is providing breakthroughs in the powerplay to break the rhythm of the opposition. Kuldeep Yadav does the remaining job in middle overs.
