Hardik Pandya reveals the reason behind his magic ball during Ind vs Pak. The 30-year-old cricketer grabbed two wickets in the game.


The most-awaited Ind vs Pak game was a gala of a time for Indian fans. Indian cricketers served the spectators, keeping the record alive of being undefeatable by Pakistan for the 8th time in an ODI World Cup. Moreover, various instances in the game are going viral. One such incident of Hardik Pandya whispering to the ball before delivering it.

After the whispering incident, the all-rounder ball took Pakistan’s opener, Iman-ul-Haq’s wicket. Reacting to the dismissal of Iman-ul-Haq, the netizens claimed Hardik possessed supernatural powers. Moreover, the internet users were in splits, watching the footage of Hardik Pandya whispering to the ball. However, the cricketer reacted to his wicket taking delivery saying,

“I basically hurled abuses at myself to bowl better length.”

Speaking of the Ind vs Pak, the toss was in favor of Indian skipper Rohit Sharma. Rohit Sharma decided to field first. Batting first Pakistan cricket team started with adequate run rate. While skipper Babar Azam scored a half-century off 58 balls, Rizwan scored 49 off 69 deliveries.

However, after the dismissal of the two, the Pakistan team collapsed. The team could merely set a target of 192 in 42.5 overs. Moreover, Indian pacers Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Hardik Pandya grabbed two wickets each. In addition, the spinners Ravindra Jadeja, and Kuldeep Yadav also seized 2 wickets each.

In reply, Rohit Sharma and company started the innings with an aggressive intent. The skipper himself smashed 86 runs off just 63 deliveries. Moreover, Shubman Gill, who recovered from dengue, looked good in the game. Although he opted for quick boundaries, he had to depart early, scoring 16 runs off 11 balls. In addition, the other notable player of the match was Shreyas Iyer, slicing 53 off 62 balls.
